If you decided no then your child will continue with their learning from home / distance learning programme and will be supported by their teacher.

The timetable for Y1-8 will start this Wednesday 17th November and continue as scheduled per day – please check the 2 days your child's year level is scheduled for on the timetable below.

The timetable for Years 9-10 will be advised early in the week.

If you need to register your child for the 2-day on-site learning schedule then please do so HERE – as we will only have the amount of staff on-site for the number of registered students.

Alert Level 3.2 requires us to have:

· Adequate staffing on site to match the number of registered students attending

· Social distancing / ventilation: Bubbles of specific students who do not mix with any other “bubbles” and who are spread out within the space

· Breaks are staggered and specific areas set for playground use so there is no intermingling.  We are giving the children 2 x 15minute breaks during the day for eating and fresh air. School Lunch is provided but please send children with a named water bottle and a snack.

· Mask wearing from Year 4 upwards (now required) and we are encouraging masks for all students – teachers will be “teaching” how to wear a mask safely as well. Re-usable Masks will be issued to all children on their 1st day back at school

· All staff will be wearing masks

· Record keeping of who is on-site/who is in each bubble (including staff) and when they are present

Covid Hygiene protocols will also be in place with;

· Regular hand sanitizing, regular cleaning of hard surfaces/equipment

· Non-attendance if sick or unwell

· No visitors will be allowed on site and parents are asked to wear a mask during drop-off / pick up and manage their 2m social distancing from others.

School starts at 9am - the gate is open at 8:45am.

Signs will also indicate the Year levels scheduled for on-site learning on the day. Students will move directly to their allocated learning space.

Gates will close at 9.00am - we will not be taking late students so please be punctual. There will be no early sign-outs.

Gate entry/exit:

We will advise parents on Tuesday of which gate each year level is to use for their entry and exit – this new practice is so that we can keep the bubbles separate and not have too many students in one area.

School closes at 2pm

This is so that teachers can wipe down all surfaces etc. Year level bubbles will be brought to areas adjacent to the main entry but distanced from other bubbles. We will have a staggered release sequence in place to support social distancing.

Learning from home:

The Y1-8 teaching session times continue and all students will continue to work on their Hard Copy work-pack alongside Seesaw/Google classroom. For those remaining at home for 5 days teachers will continue to support them as per our distance learning programme.

Years 1-8 new hard copy pack will be distributed during the week, either via courier or directly to students who are registered for on-site learning on Wednesdays-Thursdays -Fridays. If coming to on-site learning children MUST bring their hard copy pack with them.

Please contact us if you have any other queries that we can help with.
