On Thursday the 10th of June, the Year 11 and 12 History Class spent the day exploring the Auckland Museum.

This was a great opportunity for the students to practice their skills through exploring a range of primary and secondary sources as well as acquiring knowledge relevant to their assessments. Students participated in a 1 hour museum led workshop called "Te Hekenga Nui" where they explored the history of Aotearoa's Initial Discovery and Settlement. Thank you to Katy Constance and Charlotte Hatherall for their support and preparation into making this trip happen.
