Hero is the online reporting system we use at Springston School to keep parents informed about your child's progress and achievement. This is the only written report you will get, so you need to be signed in. Follow the steps below to sign in for the first time. Training in the use of the App will be offered throughout the year.

Select your usual App Store or Google Play to go to the Hero by Linc-Ed App

Select "New User"   -your account will be set up by us at school, using the email address you provided when you enrolled your children. Use this address to request a password.

Next, add your email address    -Select the "Request Password Link"

Check your email   -Hero will send you an email with a link to follow.

Follow the link   -This will take you to a secure page to enter your chosen password. Then you are in. Feel free to explore the different tabs to read the posts the teachers have made and see progress graphs.
