Our Choir in 2019

We started with two small groups of very enthusiastic students; from juniors right through to our senior students.We met each week and learnt lots of new skills in breathing and rhythm.

This year we were involved in the Kids for Kids Concert for the junior choir, supporting The Salvation Army and the Christchurch Music Festival for the senior choir.

We worked hard to learn our parts and harmonies so that we could join in the mass choir at the Horncastle Arena and at the newly refurbished Town Hall respectively.

The junior choir sang with Jackie Clarke and Nathan King and felt very special. While the seniors got to sing along with a student orchestra and celebrate 80 years of the Music Festival in Christchurch
