Have you seen the LOOF LIRPA?
A number of classes spent some time looking and calling for the Loof Lirpa this morning.
The Loof Lirpa is a rare bird and comes from Australia, it has been sighted in the Springston area. It likes vegetables such as carrots and celery and fruit such as strawberries and pineapples. Obviously, it has been attracted by our new Pātaka Kai stand. You can greatly improve your chances of seeing this rare and spectacular creature by going outside, holding up some food, and gently imitating the call of
"Loof loof wheee, loof loof ahhhh"
