Year 5/6 sporting opportunity in Rolleston for the next four weeks. This week they headed away for their first round of new sports.

The Year 5 and 6 students had an amazing time at the Activation Spectacular, Selwyn Sports event. They got to participate in a wide range of different sports, including golf, parafed, boccia, and football. The students got to learn and develop a variety of different skills while demonstrating excellent participation and determination throughout the day. Despite some of the activities being new to the kids, they showed remarkable grit and worked hard to give everything a try. Their enthusiasm and effort made the day an excellent and enjoyable experience for everyone involved. It was great to see everyone participating and having an amazing time!

Next week the students head into the Aquatic Centre and try some lifeguarding, aquafit, and artistic swimming.
