Tongariro Team were A+ Adaptable when they went down to work in the school garden beds on Wednesday.

The students from the Tongariro Team popped down to do some 'mahi' in the Secret Garden and get it ready for our spring planting, when a truck arrived to collect 150 tyres.

Quick as a flash, Jack organised us all into a huge line and rather than carrying the tyres for a long distance to the vehicle, he had us rolling them. Before we knew it, they were all stacked in the trailer and the people collecting them finished the job in half the time they expected. 

The people collecting the tyres were very impressed with the way Year 4 students could work together as a team and were thankful for all the help.
