This week the Year 7/8's have had a busy three days competing at the Koru Games run by the Selwyn Sports Trust. This year the students competed in lawn bowls, korfball, table tennis, badminton, basketball and ki o rahi. 

The three days were packed with games with 84 schools entered and over 375 teams. The students impressed us with the determination they demonstrated when faced with some very strong competition and also how patient they were between games.

A big thank you to Kim and Nicole for being parent support and to Bobbie and Cameron for their ability to be adaptable with scoring and draws.

Although we didn't come away with any medals we were all winners because of the great sportsmanship that we demonstrated throughout the three days.
