Sadly Nathan is leaving
It is with much regret the Board of Trustees has accepted Nathan Milburn's resignation. After nearly a year and a half as a staff member, our Year 6 teacher has sadly decided to move on and seek a career outside of teaching.
As a young teacher, Nathan has added a breath of fresh air and sense of fun to our school. He has built solid relationships with students and their parents and has established himself as a friendly, quick witted colleague with staff.
Nathan has been a good role model for his students and his youth has made him very relatable. They have enjoyed his sense of humour and his talents in writing and sports.
We will miss his smiling face about the place but know that he will call in to say hello when he can. We wish him all the best in his new adventure and every success in the future.
Nathan's last day will be Friday 2 June. Wendy Hamlin will become the full-time teacher in that space for the rest of the term while we advertise for a new teacher to start in Term 3. We will have the student's wellbeing front of mind during this time of change.
Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions or concerns and I will happy to talk with you.
