On Sunday 30 November, new priest Rev'd Sione Matelalona Ma'u and his wife Liliani Ma'u were welcomed into our Tongan congregation by Rev Saimone Koloamatangi, General Secretary of the United Church of Tonga.

Rev'd Leni Havea, Rev'd Kofe Havea, and Rev'd Dr Andrew Butcher joined in laying hands in commissioning Rev'd Sione, while Yvette Koo Butcher presented a beautiful bouquet of flowers (sourced from Wendy Kington and the vicarage garden) to his wife Liliani.

This was a service of great words, fine singing, followed by a generous feast.
