Who: Run by Alumine Andrew, Spiritual Director, and Retreat Facilitator.
We have a space available where we can spend time in stillness and personal reflection, contemplative walk and a creative expression.
It tends to be a quiet, slow day with plenty of space for you to relax and just BE.
Bring your lunch and koha.
