As part of our Health and Safety Policy there is to be a Fire Drill next Sunday at the 8am, 9.30am, 10am and 5pm services.

Next Sunday we will be having a fire drill at all services. The following is an outline of the process;

1. At the very end of each service a fire alarm will sound and the presiding priest will instruct us to evacuate the building in an orderly manner.
2. The nominated Sidesperson will become the Duty Fire Warden and will put on a hard hat and hi-vis vest and direct the evacuation.
3. Other sidespeople will ensure the doors are open and look out for those who need help.
4. Everyone will then assemble in the carpark at the north east corner of the site.
5. The Duty Fire Warden will undertake a final sweep through all rooms to ensure no one is left behind.
6. At the carpark the Presiding Priest will ask if people know if anyone is missing and then the ‘All Clear’ is given.
7. We will then be able to go to morning tea!
