November is 'Love in Box' time when we fill shoe boxes with gifts for the City Mission - will you lend a hand?

You are invited to contribute to or decorate and fill a shoe box with gifts for a child, teen or adult which will go to the Christchurch City Mission to bless Christchurch children, families and the elderly. Our Lord Jesus Christ reminds us of how blessed it is to give generously to others.

Love in a Box items may include school supplies, something to cuddle, toys, toiletries, books, makeup, game, chocolate or sweets, movie ticket or voucher, and a card. Christian messages or books are welcomed.

Children and families at Fridayzone and Messy Church 27 Nov will assemble some of the Love in a Box donated items. Please send any donated items for the children and families to assemble by Monday 15 November to the Parish Office.

Please identify age and gender on your card, and pray for the recipient for them to know the fullness of God's Love for them this Christmas.

• 7 November: Boxes will be available from the Church and Hall.
• 15 November: Final day for donated items for Fridayzone & Messy Church
• 28 November: All Boxes to be returned to the parish office
