Spiritual Director Alumine Andrew offers contemplative prayer day and silent retreats. Silent retreats are a wonderful time to get away from it all and just BE. The quiet days are a nice pause along the year, time for reflections and centering ourselves in God's presence.

Quiet Days

Contemplative prayer days are gently guided, focused on creating a space for you to enjoy a slow day of quiet attention to God.

We introduce the day's theme, listen to a related reading and engage with reflective questions in your own time.

After lunch there will be a contemplative prayer walk and then some form of creative exercise.

The dates for 2025 are:

• Sat July 12th

• Sat September 13

10am-3pm, bring lunch, koha.
