An update for this week.

CANTERBURY SECONDARY SCHOOL GYMNASTIC SPORTS COMPETITIONS

Success came to 2 boys competing in Olympia Gymnastic Sports Competition recently.

Alexy Audibert Vitry achieved first place in the Artistic Gymnastic Open Boys Elite competition last Tuesday.  

 Jack Taylor won first place in the Junior Boys Elite Trampolining, as well as winning the 17 plus Men’s DMT and 17 plus Men’s Synchro. He placed second in the 17 plus Men’s Trampolining.

Congratulations to both boys.

FRIDAY NIGHT BASKETBALL

A reminder to all Basketball players that they must be wearing the correct St Bede's College singlet and PE shorts.

Please remember that each team must have an adult sitting with them.

Reminder: NO Basketball next Friday, 7 July as it is last day of term 2.

RUGBY

1st XV are playing Ashburton College this weekend at 12.00pm at St Bede's College.

TEAM OF THE WEEK

This weeks team is the Basketball Senior A. This team not only play on a Tuesday night, they also play on a Saturday as a Checkers Club team.  

They are in the top Secondary School division this year, and are having some very tough games. They fight hard every week and win most of their Saturday games in the Canterbury Basketball Association Competition.
