Nutrition Presentation for ALL Rugby players

All rugby players and their parents are invited to a lecture on sports and general nutrition. 

This will be presented by Conrad Goodhew, the Crusader’s nutritionist in the Learning Centre on Wednesday, 28 March at 7.00pm.
