In the coming weeks there are a number of Teacher Only days and school activities.

The first of these is Thursday 25 November which is a mandated NCEA Accord Day. NCEA Accord Days are provided to all schools across the country in order to prepare for the upcoming changes to NCEA with the dates being set by the Ministry of Education.

The second is Friday 26 November. This is one of the two Teacher Only Days we take each year. These are timed to assist us in meeting the significant rooming requirements for large NCEA exams. The second of these is Thursday December 2.

Junior Conference Day scheduled for Monday December 6 is unable to happen due to current COVID restrictions, nor is Junior Prizegiving which was scheduled for Friday December 10. We will ensure students receiving prizes receive these and due recognition prior to the end of the school year.

In the last week of term there will be two My Hauora days for Year 9 and 10 students. These are scheduled for Wednesday 8 and Thursday 9. We will provide further information once details are confirmed. The last day of school for Year 9 and 10 students is Friday December 10. This day will conclude at 11am and is an opportunity for students to come in, collect their equipment and clear lockers etc.
