Bad Auditions by Bad Actors

Ms Sullivan —

Earlier in the week, the Year 13 Drama class performed their last ever production on the St Bede's College stage, "Bad Auditions by Bad Actors"

A casting director has one day to find the leads for a community theater production of Romeo and Juliet. But what seems like a simple task proves impossible when the pool of actors includes extreme method actors, performers who just don't know what to do with their hands, and one particular woman who may or may not think she's a cat.

This was an incredibly funny performance, performed by a cast of very talented actors - it certainly takes a lot of skill to act in the play requires them to with their comic timing and extreme physical performance skills.

With an incredible cast to work with and a wide range of roles, this show really did give the entire class the opportunity to display their broad range of skills. Having worked with most of these students over the last five years, it has been a real pleasure and a privilege to be part of their journey through the college and a fabulous way to end their time at the college.
