Our events are underway again, with Wellington being the first to enjoy a gathering of Bedean’s. Next up will be Auckland, followed by the Annual Dinner in Christchurch and, later in the year, the golf tournament. Further details for all these events are in this edition of the newsletter. Our reflections piece looks back on our Bedean recipients of the ‘Sportsman of the Year’ award. Read about these outstanding sportsmen and contemplate who should receive this award next. We are inviting nominations for the Sports Award, along with nominations for our inaugural ‘Cultural Award’, both to be presented at the Annual Dinner, 13 August.
