In May we initiated the Bedean Community Appeal to support families within our community who have been financially affected by COVID 19. We were unsure how our community would respond or how widely the support would be needed.

We are thrilled and immensely grateful for the generous support which now exceeds $31,000 in donations. This includes a gift of $10,000 from the PTA and the rest coming from individual donors.

We are pleased to report that these funds have now supported eleven students to continue their education at St Bede’s College and participate in everything our school has to offer.

The effects of COVID 19 are still occurring and continue to impact many in our community financially, so we anticipate a continued need for support.
