Hours, Payments, Lost Property and a new Staff Member.

College Shop trading hours

During term time the Shop is open Monday, Wednesday and Friday 12.00 – 3.30pm.

Any changes to these hours will be advertised through the College weekly Newsletter and the College website.

For anything urgent please contact the School Office.

Payment

Cash, cheque or Eftpos are our preferred means of payment at the College Shop.

Parents are also welcome to phone through credit card details to pay for a purchase.

In special circumstances we can issue an invoice at time of purchase. Overnight payment of these invoices would be appreciated please.

Boarders are permitted to run accounts which are invoiced out at the end of each month.

Lost property

There is a large amount of school uniform and casual gear in the lost property which is held at the Shop. This is all from last year and from the locker cleaner outs at the end of the year,

We will hold these items for 2 weeks and then they will be disposed of.

The lost property will be displayed outside the Shop during the shop trading hours.

Staff changes

I would like to welcome Mrs Philippa Grey who is now working in the Shop.

Philippa will be working Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

We hope you have all had a good start to the year and we look forward to working with you all in 2018.
