Metro wish to advise you of bus timetable changes starting Monday 6 December. A selection of the routes will move to a Saturday timetable during weekdays.

This may impact students’ arrival times to school and for their exams.

Please note that the School Buses are not affected.

The buses that will be running Saturday timetables are:

• 1 – Rangiora/Cashmere
• 5 – Rolleston/New Brighton
• 7 – Halswell/Queenspark
• 17 – Bryndwr/Huntsbury
• 44 – Shirley/Westmorland
• 60 – Hillmorton/Southshore
• 80 – Lincoln/Parklands
• 95 – Pegasus/Waikuku
• 97 – Rangiora/Pegasus
• 100 – Wigram/The Palms
• 107 – Styx Mill/Northlands Mall
• 120 – Burnside/Spreydon
• 125 – Redwood/Westlake
• 130 – Hei Hei/Avonhead
• 135 – New Brighton/The Palms
• 820 – Burnham/Lincoln

Over the last month we have unfortunately been experiencing some trip cancellations due to nationwide driver shortages. From Monday 6 December, we’ll be making these temporary changes to affected routes. These are to hopefully give the public more confidence in where and when to catch the bus.
