On Tuesday morning we put on a cooked breakfast for the Junior Choir to thank them for all of their efforts this year. They turn up every Tuesday at 8am for rehearsal with Mrs Charlton, who is assisted by several Year 13 singers from the Senior Choir. 

We managed to get them onto the stage at our Variety Concert in Term Two and at Jubilate in the Town Hall before Covid and Level 2 restrictions hit us again. 

A huge thank you to Mrs Helen Charlton for taking this group, their accompanist (and Old Boy) Jean-Luc Pitcaithly, the senior helpers, and the Year 10 singers who returned this year. I would also like to thank the parents of these students for supporting our efforts to bring these boys together to sing and learn as a group. 

All Year 9 members of the Junior choir are encouraged to come back next year and to audition for the Bedean Choir that rehearses on Mondays from 2.45 – 3.45pm (arrangements can be made for students who may have a clash with sports trainings).
