Luigi & Alessandro: "Hi everyone, we are Luigi Fadini and Alessandro Comelli from Italy writing about our fantastic experience in New Zealand. Our time there changed us forever. We had experiences that we could never achieve in other places. It certainly wasn't easy, the trainings were hard and the skills were difficult to learn, but everything we did was a continuous challenge, both with respect to the others and within ourselves. Needless to say, the greater the pain the greater reward! After every training we forged even stronger bonds of friendship between us and the other players involved, creating a rugby family that we carried through the time we spent together. 

Not only the skills that we gained, but during our last match (the ESOL Barbarians vs  St. Bede's U15s) we genuinely felt that we had become better players and that everything we had learned came out during that match. It is very difficult for us to explain the amazing time we had there in just a few words, but we can definitely say that it was one of our best times in our life and that we will carry those wonderful memories with us forever. 

Right now we are both studying at university. Ale is studying Pharmacy at Trieste in Italy, while Luigi is studying Mechanical Engineering at Loughborough, UK. 

We want both to thank Mr. Robert Tappenden for his experience in both English and rugby, Mr Mark Ealey for his passion in accompanying us through our time and Bryn Ealey for his experience in the gym. 

 We hope this short testimonial helps  newcomers to the International Rugby Programme understand this experience can be had once in a lifetime and that is simply unforgettable!"

イタリアのルイジ・ファディニーとアレサンドロ・コーネリです。

私たちのニュージーランドでのラグビー留学経験について感想を述べさせて頂きます。

この経験のお陰で人生観が変わりました。他の国で得られない経験もしました。決して楽ではなかったし、練習がハードだった上に新しいスキルを覚えるのは難しかったですが、全てが自分自身と仲間たちとの新しいチャレンジでした。言うまでもなく、辛いこともあったおかげで学びが大きかったと思います。練習とセッションごとにグループ内の絆が強くなっていき、仲のいいラグビーファミリーを作りました。

技術を身につけただけでなく、帰国前のセント・ビーヅU15のチームと試合をしたときに選手としてだいぶ成長したことを実感したことをよく覚えています。

短い文章で私たちの留学経験を説明するのは難しいですが、一生忘れられない、素晴らしい経験だったことを断言できます。

今、二人とも大学で勉強をしています。アレはイタリアのトリエストで薬学を勉強していて、ルイジはイギリスのロスボローで機械工学を勉強しています。

タッペンデン先生とマークさんのサポートに対して感謝しています。そして、ウエートの指導をしてくれたブリンさんのアドバイスもとてもよかったです。

この短い推薦文でラグビー留学プログラムに入ろうと思っている人にこのプログラムの良さが伝われば嬉しいです。一生忘れられない経験になります。
