  • Games commence Friday, 28 July first week back of term 3.

Thank You ALL

A big thank you to all the parents that continue to support and help with sport at the College. I really do appreciate those parents sitting on team benches on Friday night at Basketball, the parents coaching and managing Rugby, Football, Hockey and Basketball, the parents sitting on Sports Clubs, the parents transporting their son’s to Wednesday sport and off course all those parents supporting on the side-line week after week. We have over 55 St Bede's College teams taking to the courts, fields and turf each week and we certainly could not manage this without your wonderful help and support. A huge big thank you to you ALL.

Basketball

St Bede's College now has a Basketball Club under the College’s umbrella.  Ali Hughes has worked tersely to get this off the ground and is the Chairperson of the Club. One of the aims of the Club is to increase the profile of Basketball in the College and this was done yesterday at Assembly. Ali came along and presented three players with a Basketball Cap. Congratulation’s to Joma Mabazza, Rchi Lugtu and Tom Hughes who were the recipients of the first Basketball Caps in the College.
