Our very own Caleb Middlemiss is competing this weekend at the Rockquest Regionals, playing an original song which draws from his personal struggles with anxiety in his younger years.

"The song is called Talking To Myself' and it’s about the anxiety I used to go through when I was younger (10/ 11years old) and the song is saying similar things I used to feel and tell myself during that time."

We couldn't be prouder of Caleb for taking to the stage at the Aurora Centre and giving it his all in the solo category. He'll be in the afternoon slot, which starts from 2pm. Let's get down and support him in what will hopefully be a performance which takes him to the next round!
