The South Island Ski & Snowboard Champs were held in Wanaka last weekend. Congratulations go to Andy Dalkie who won a gold medal in the snowboard slalom and to Jackson Vallance who won a silver and bronze medal. This was enough to win them a team's gold medal in the giant slalom.

A big thank you to Mr McPhail and Ms Warburton for giving up four days to take them.

HOCKEY

Coming off 3rd place at the South Island tournament the 1st XI had a great win over St Andrew's College last Friday night. They now progress to the final against Christ's College at Nga Puni Wai Turf  tonight. They would also love as many supporters to come at 5.50pm tonight to support the boys.

Congratulations to the Senior A Basketball team who finished in third place in the Christchurch Basketball Thompson Trophy Competition which was run on Tuesday nights.

This Saturday sees them play in the final of the Canterbury Men's Basketball Under 20 final against Gators Club side at Cowles Basketball Stadium. We wish them well for that game.

THANK YOU

A huge thank you to all the parents who coached, managed and supported all our winter teams. It has been a funny old winter season and with saying that thank you all for your support in all the decisions we have had to make moving through the different levels. I know the boys really enjoy the interaction with their coaches and managers of whom they speak highly of. Thank you very much as we could not of done it with out you.
