Reviews and Reconsiderations for 2019 NCEA
Students should have now received their NCEA exam papers. If this is not the case, please contact NZQA on 0800 697 296.
As there has been a delay in returning examination papers to some students, the date for applying for an online review or reconsideration has been extended from Friday 21 February to Friday 28 February 2020.
To inform students of this change the following snippet has been added to the student Learner Login where they access the review and reconsideration portal.
“If you only received your examination booklets this week (from Monday 17 Feb) or are awaiting delivery, you can still apply for a reconsideration and/or review. Please submit your online applications no later than Friday 28 February.”
It is advisable for students to talk to their teachers prior to applying for a review or reconsideration.
NCEA Information Evening
An NCEA Information Evening will be held in the Performing Arts Centre (PAC) on Wednesday 26 February beginning at 7.00pm.
Parents of students in years 11, 12 and 13 who are new to NCEA will find this particularly useful, but all parents are warmly invited. The presentation will also cover the requirements for University Entrance and an opportunity to ask questions. It should take no longer than an hour.
