Shading brings shared vision to light
It has been a busy week of drawing in the junior art classes this week.
Collaborating to create a piece of art
This first artwork of Durham house, is by one of the Year 9 art drawing classes. They each got a piece of a Durham photo, traced the lines so they all matched up, then practiced their shading skills by completing all of the shading and detail, using the photo as reference.
The second one of our new Pope, Leo XIV, was a collaborative piece by the Year 10 Art class, using the same process as the Year 9 class.
