Bus Lanes.

On Friday 1 March the police monitored the use of the bus lanes between Daniels Road and Momorangi Crescent. 

They stopped a number of parents dropping off students, and students in their cars. 

Very few of those stopped seemed to know that a car can only enter the bus lane 50 metres or less when turning into Momorangi Crescent or the College gates! 

The fine for infringing is this rule $150.00 - as one student found out. 

The police will be monitoring this over the next few weeks, and they have very kindly warned us that the law will be enforced.
