South Island Championships

The Senior A Tennis team qualified to play in the South Island Schools Tennis Championships last weekend in Timaru. 

This was the first time in four years that the team has qualified for this tournament. The team consisted of Flynn Ness (#1), Charlie Morrison (#2), George DeMarco (#3), and Joe Morrison (#4). 

The boys played some great tennis against very strong competition. They had solid wins against Otago Boys and Marlborough Boys. A heartbreaking loss on games countback (52-49) to Christchurch Boys cost the team a third place finish, placing them firmly in 4th overall.
