Baptism, Holy Communion and Confirmation

Sacramental Programme

Each year at the College we run a Sacramental Programme. This is for any boy who would like to prepare for and receive the sacraments of Baptism, Holy Communion and Confirmation. Many students, for a wide range of reasons, have not had this opportunity and it is a privilege for us, as a College to support them through this. Last year over 40 students took part in this programme with six boys being baptised.

Lessons will be held during class time over the next six weeks culminating in our College Sacramental Mass on Friday 23 June in the College gym. The lessons will be led by staff and students, with the Diocesan Youth Team and other guests speakers joining us.

Your sons have been talked to about the programme in their Religious Education classes and I ask that you too, discuss this with them. It is a great opportunity to learn more about their faith with their peers.
