Hours, Accounts and Lost Property.

College Shop trading hours

During term time the Shop is open Monday, Wednesday and Friday 12.00 – 3.30pm.

Any changes to these hours will be advertised through the College weekly Newsletter and the College website.

For anything urgent please contact the School Office.

Payment

Cash, cheque or Eftpos are our preferred means of payment at the College Shop.

Parents are also welcome to phone through credit card details to pay for a purchase.

In special circumstances we can issue an invoice at time of purchase. Overnight payment of these invoices would be appreciated please.

Any outstanding invoices at the end of each month will incur a $5.00 administration cost.

Boarders are permitted to run accounts which are invoiced out at the end of each month.

Lost property

There is still a large amount of school uniform and casual gear in the lost property which is held at the Shop. Most of this is from last year and from the locker cleaner outs at the end of the year.

We also have items handed in this term.

We will hold these items for 2 weeks and then they will be disposed of.

The lost property will be displayed outside the Shop during the shop trading hours.
