Life as a Boarder

Harrison Staples —

A good start to the term so far for everyone. The boys have settled in really well and seem to be thriving in the boarding environment. I have plans for the year to come, to make boarding more fun and exciting for the boys, making it a home away from home.

The attitude and application from the boys has been impeccable thus far, already adding to the Bedean legacy. The staff and I are having a blast looking after the boys, getting to know them through the orientation weekend, and the first three weeks of the term.

I remember my first few weeks here and, while exciting, it can be daunting. As head boarder, I have been trying to get involved as much as I can with the new Year 9s, trying to role model what it means to be a Bedean as well as a boarding Bedean.

Keep up the good work men and bring on 2024
