Four teams of two boys competed in the Regional final for the Teen Ag competition. St Bede's College is in the Tasman region that is the upper half of the South Island from Ashburton north, including all the West Coast.

There are 7 regions in NZ and 42 teams from schools throughout the region entered. 

Our teams finished 1st and 2nd. The year 11 team of Nick O'Connor and Angus Grant were 1st and teh year 13 team of Finn Taylor and Tomos Blunt were 2nd.

The top 2 teams from each region go to the Grand Final in Invercargill in July. Our two teams will compete against 12 other teams from the other 6 regions in the Grand Final.
