Weekly Notes – Honours

James Burnside —

As is school tradition, those who gain honours are entitled to the afternoon off on the last day of term. This term we have our Easter Liturgy on the last day, so instead students will be able to have Period 5 off on Wednesday 5th April. Students are able to leave school at the beginning of lunch should they have approval signed off. (Should a student have a planned assessment in this period, they will have to stay to complete it).

To qualify for Honours a student must average 3.6 or above for their weekly notes in Term 1. Students should be proud of receiving term honours as it means they have applied themselves consistently well all term across all of their subjects each and every week.

Students will be receive an approval form via email and will need to get it completed by their Mana Tāne Kaiako, a Parent/Guardian and Head of Year.
