Donations are requested for the upcoming Black and Red Ball

St Bede’s PTA is on a mission to raise funds to pay for the NEW school van and possibly fund another for transporting our boys on a day to day basis.

So if your son takes biology, geography, science, drama, classic, plays indoor sport, plays an outdoor sport, is in debating, is a senior student, represents a group, plays an instrument for the college, is in a choir, is a boarder, goes on field trips, wants to be part of the Canteen Run….. then you have a vested interest!

In order to reach this goal we are focusing on one major fundraiser this year – The St Bede’s Red & Black Winter Ball on May 27th.

Please could you support us in one or more of the following ways:

• Grocery Items for a hamper. Any item big or small.
  
• Donation of Batch nights (or cribs for you southern folk) - just tell us the details and we’ll do the rest.
  
• Food & wine items that could be used in cooking a meal (to auction 2x dinners for eight with wine and food supplied at a person’s home).  We are looking for food and wine donations to use in these events.  We have a chef lined up!
  
• Items for a limited Auction on the night of the ball.
