Angus Grant has just been awarded the 2021 The Dream, Believe, Succeed Award for his business 'Angus Grant Enterprises'.

As the successful candidate Angus is eligible to receive a $20,000 cash prize in addition to an impressive service and mentoring package.

'Angus Grant Enterprises', which Angus ran during his time at St Bede's College, partners with landowners, such as lifestyle block owners and those with under-utilised pastures, using the land to graze sheep and prepare them for the market. Using efficient processes and technical know-how he is creating an income for the business and a benefit for the landowner. A win-win for all involved.

The Dream, Believe, Succeed Foundation was established to give business driven youth the opportunity of developing their entrepreneurial spirit and providing a funding start up together with a service and mentoring package to commence their own business or grow their existing business with the goal of becoming a successful business person. To support the Foundation's vision the award has the purpose to assist a motivated, driven young person to become a future business leader.

Angus entered competition in Year 13 at the suggestion of his Agriculture teacher Mr John McPhail. He is now studying for a Bcom Ag (with professional accounting) at Lincoln Uni and continues to grow his business in conjunction with his studies.
