Ben Tomlinson —

and welcome to our April Edition of the Old Boys’ newsletter.

This edition comes to you on the final week of the school’s first term, leading into Easter. We hope that many of you will be able to relax over this special time of the year, particularly after what has, for many, been a trying time.

In this month’s news our Reflections piece is a special ANZAC reflection of Old Boys who went to WW 2 in the role of Chaplain.

We also profile two of our young old boys who are doing great things in the sporting world, in their respective sport, one selected for the Black Sticks NZ Hockey team, and the other for Crusaders Rugby.

We are really pleased to be planning some events again for later in the year, one being the re-establishment of the Old Boys’ Annual Dinner. Details and invitation are included in the newsletter. I would also like to extend a special invitation to attend our AGM in April. Unfortunately, this will need to be held via zoom, but please do RSVP and join us for that.

Until next month, have a happy and safe Easter,

Ngā mihi,

Ben Tomlinson
