Peforming Arts Centre (PAC)

• Work is continuing on reinforcing foundations – last part of outer ring poured 22 February – under floor works continue.
• Reinstatement work underway with re-roofing of music rooms.
• Flooring substructure reinstated under music rooms.
• Re-roofing of the existing PAC building to commence week of 4 March.

PAC Extension

• Slight holdup with supplies from the aluminium joiner but overall work progressing positively.
• Internal wiring continues.
• Both internal and external linings are underway.
• Most of the aluminium joinery fitted and glaziers adding glass from this week.

Chapel

• Successful topping pour of Chapel floor.  The floor will now harden off over 10 days before the grinding commences prior to being sealed – it will then be covered for protection before receiving a final polish closer to the build completion.
• Work due to start in the next two weeks on the restoration of the old stained glass windows.
• Main steps have now been poured.
• Sacristy/Office area wall and roof framing well advanced.
• Ply to the Chapel roof is progressing well and roofing is due to commence 4 March.
• Exterior Terracotta cladding due to commence  week of 4 March.
