Calling to all students of Maori descent wanting to take advantage of our FREE Science and Maths tuitions at Ara.

This term, the Department of Engineering are facilitating free Math and Science weekly tuition sessions specifically for rangatahi Maori.  These sessions are to mentor rangatahi Maori to help achieve NCEA in physics and algebra in years' 11-13 and to those who have a special interest in engineering related careers.  Your tauira will benefit from the specialist equipment and software available in the Engineering Department and will be able to relate their work and projects to real-world situations.  The sessions will run every Thursday from 4.00pm-6.00pm until 26 September.
