PAC and Chapel

PAC & Extension

• New Toilets have been lined and stopping has commenced
• Installation of soffit’s has recommenced
• Installation of seismic joint is almost complete
• Last sub-floor concrete pour is completed and back filled – floor slab reinstatement is underway
• Stage store area well underway
• Reinstatement of Auditorium and stage floor is ongoing and scaffold for the Auditorium ceiling seismic upgrade has commenced
• New roof is completed – work on butynol and new roof hatch will start soon
• Sewer and storm water lines to the east of the PAC have been installed

Chapel

• Window frame installation has commenced
• Sacristy glazing has been installed
• Main ceiling installation, ceiling grid, and initial services installation have all commenced
• Gallery bleachers have been constructed
• Storm water systems have been installed around the Chapel exterior
