A Golden Bedean celebration
As we wrap up 2024, the St Bede's Old Boys' events calendar ended on a high note with the much-loved Golden Bedean Luncheon.
This wonderful gathering once again brought together some of our senior old boys, aged 70 and above, for an afternoon of camaraderie, nostalgia, and celebration.
Held on Thursday, December 5, in the welcoming surroundings of the St Bede’s College Dining Hall, the luncheon was held upon the conclusion of St Bede's College's second Grandparents' Day.
Guests were treated to a festive feast prepared by the school’s talented Catering Manager, Matthew Zaloum, whose famous Christmas ham was highlighted alongside a spread of delicious sides. The meal concluded with classic kiwi favourite, pavlova, for dessert.
