Session No. 3

On Monday afternoon from 4:30pm, former All Black forward coach Mike Cron delivered an excellent session on the breakdown which was open to all St. Bede's players and coaches. Mike used video footage to explain key issues before going outside to demonstrate some activities to use in coaching aspects of the breakdown. 

St. Bede's Rugby is very grateful to Crono for making himself available to deliver a masterclass to our players and coaches. Mike was in charge of coaching the breakdown in the All Blacks from 2012 to 2019.
