CYBER AWARENESS

Mr J Muller —

Thank you very much to the 173 parents/caregivers that completed the Netsafe Safeguard Surveys. These were designed to help us gain an understanding what our students, staff, parents/whānau and community think and know about digital citizenship and online safety.

The results are below. I apologise for the poor way in which these results are presented and Netsafe assure me they are working on producing better looking results. We will take on board the areas where we can improve and we know already that we should be doing a better job of integrating some sort of Digital Citizenship programme into our teaching curriculum.

If you have any ideas or thoughts about this you are welcome to email me at jmuller@stbedes.school.nz

Thanks

Jurgen Muller
