Matt Boyle - Breaking records!

Matt Boyle finished his last year as a student at St Bede’s College this year. Matt is a promising cricketer, having been selected for the New Zealand U19 and Canterbury U19 Cricket Teams for 2021, and also receiving a cricket scholarship to attend Lincoln University. Matt has been named batsman of the year for the past three years.

One of the last achievements for Matt as a student of St Bede’s was to score 215 runs recently, a top score of all time! Matt broke this record on the front field here at St Bede’s playing St Thomas of Canterbury College. Matt has scored eleven centuries, breaking his brother Jack’s record of ten, which he achieved in 2013.
