On Friday May 7, we honour the 51 Bedeans who lost their lives at war, and those who returned whose lives were changed forever.

We will gather as a College community in the main quad at 2pm . A white cross for each of the 51 will be laid, while the roll of honour is read, followed by The Last Post.

Attached is the St Bede’s College Roll of Honour. We invite any student who has a relative on the Roll to lay their relative’s cross. Students who have retired or present service men and women in their family are invited to lay crosses too. Please contact me at rpitcaithly@stbedes.school.nz if this is the case.
