Important Information for the upcoming exams

Five weeks of school until NCEA exams begin

Now is a good time to increase the pressure over study routines and your son’s study plan for the holidays and ensure he is cutting back on part-time work and other commitments and increasing his revision. 

Year 11-13 students begin study leave on Wednesday, 2 November and NCEA exams begin on Wednesday, 9 November.

School reports for Year 11-13 students will be sent home next week.

End of year events to diary for senior students

As this term nears an end it is timely to ask you to diary some key Term 4 events. 

• Senior Prizegiving: Tuesday, 1 November starting at 7.30 Aurora Centre (Burnside High School)
• Leaver’s Mass on Wednesday, 2 November.
• Study leave for seniors will begin following the Leavers'      Mass
• NCEA exams run from Wednesday, 9 November – 2 December
