Kicking session from Strahan McIntosh

Mr. Mark Ealey —

Marist Albion RFC RDO delivers skill session

Strahan McIntosh ran a kicking-from-hand session for 17 of our boys today. He covered the fine detail of various aspects of kicking and dealt with questions skilfully.

Strahan had the following to say about the session: "The training was thoroughly enjoyable as a resource coach. Credit is due to both the players and the coaching staff at St. Bede's as the young men already had sound knowledge around kicking. We were able to further explore activities that would instil positive habits to ensure an accurate ball-drop and develop power."

St. Bede's and Marist Albion RFC enjoy a very healthy and special relationship. It augers well for the future that Strahan is prepared to invest his time into helping to develop the skill levels of our players.

Strahan says, "Marist Albion recognise the strong relationship we are continuing to foster between ourselves and St. Bede's. Many Marist Albion Juniors have developed into strong men in terms of both Faith and Works. It is a privilege to be able to support past and future senior players while they develop holistically in the school setting."

St. Bede's Rugby is grateful to Strahan for his efforts to help our players.
