The SBC Office wishes to thank all of the school Community:

We work in a wonderful environment and sometimes in the business of the day, forget to say thanks, so we wanted to stop and show our appreciation for all you do for us.

The Office is Open from 7.45am - 4pm every school day and is closed over the Holidays, so if you have any questions or queries please email office@stbedes.school.nz and we will get back to you at the start of term Two.

Mrs Julia Bremner

Financial Assistant.  Julia manages the Student Accounts and  BOT creditors.

Miss Madeleine Castle

International administrator, Board of Proprietors Payroll and Compliance Administrator.  Maddy juggles these tasks, always with a smile. Maddy would like to hear from you if you are interested in International Homestay or you are having difficulty paying your school account.

Mrs Vivien Godfrey

Senior Leadership Support.  Vivien is the Senior Leadership Support Administrator, first point of contact for Justin Boyle and the Temporary Office Manager.  She is also the Main contact for all new Enrolments.

Mrs Kim Halliwell

Bursar. Kim is responsible for the integrity of the accounts and reports to the General Manager and Board of Trustees.

Mrs Natasha Page

Human Resource co-ordinator. A significant part of Natasha's role is administrating the Novopay payroll. She also takes a keen interest in Health & Safety.

Mrs Janine Pearce

BOP Accountant.  Janine does all the accounts for the Board of Proprietors.

Mrs Tania Templeton

Receptionist and Student Office.  Tania is the warm welcome you receive when arriving at the College, and is happy to help with all enquiries.
